The electro-hydraulic wire rope and cable cutters from KRENN are professional and powerful tools for efficient, safe and ergonomic cutting of high-strength wire ropes and steel-reinforced cables. The innovative cable cutters are characterized in particular by specially hardened blades and a robust cutting head. KRENN's electro-hydraulic cable cutters are powered by a powerful motor and double-acting hydraulics, which guarantee efficient cutting without any effort and prevent jamming during use.
The powerful devices in the KRG and KCG series are particularly suitable for cable manufacturers and processors. They cut high-strength wires up to a maximum of 63 mm and steel-reinforced cables up to a maximum diameter of 180 mm and operate hydraulically or electro-hydraulically.
The KRG-32 TE electro-hydraulic wire rope and cable cutter can handle wire ropes up to 25 mm in diameter and cables up to 32 mm in diameter - depending on the material quality. The KRG series devices are also ideally suited for cutting steel-reinforced aluminum conductor cables with high-strength stranded cores (ACSR cables).
